Established in 1984, The Great British Toastie Company is a third-generation, family-run business serving freshly made toasted sandwiches to events across the UK. What began as a part-time venture for the Grandparents— originally called The Toasty Kitchen— quickly grew into a full-time passion, offering a tasty alternative to the usual event food.

In 1989, the next generation expanded the business, adding more units and rebranding as The Great British Toastie Company, bringing unique, high-quality food to a wider range of events.

Born into the business in 2001, the current generation grew up helping out and gradually took over operations. In 2023, they committed full-time, launching their own season and acquiring vintage 1950s Airstream units to take the company forward.

Blending decades of family tradition with fresh, modern flair, The Great British Toastie continues to deliver memorable, delicious toasted sandwiches to major events and venues across the UK.
